Cowgirls Host Iowa State in Pivotal Big 12 Series

Oklahoma State's Cowgirl Softball team hosts the Iowa State Cyclones this weekend in a pivotal Big 12 series for both teams. Games on both Saturday and Sunday will start at noon.

OSU is 20-18 overall this season and 3-3 in Big 12 Conference action. The Cowgirls defeated Wichita State 2-1 in eight innings on Thursday night and have won 20 or more games for the 32nd-consecutive season. Oklahoma State has also matched its win total in league play from a year ago just six games into the conference portion of the schedule.

Iowa State is 24-18 overall this season but has lost seven of its last eight games entering the weekend. The Cyclones are 1-5 in Big 12 Conference action.

Tickets are $5 for general admission and can be purchased at the gate. Groups of 15 or more can purchase general admission tickets for $2 each in advance at the Athletic Ticket office inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.
