Cowgirl Netters Fall Short Against Running Rebels

OSU's Jo Anne Karaitiana picked up the lone Cowgirl win on the day as she defeated UNLV's Nikol Dimitrova, 6-3, 6-1, in straight sets.
The Cowgirls (4-2) went 1-1 on the weekend after defeating
Cowgirl head coach Julius Lubicz-Majewski said he was proud of the way his girls played, pointing out that they need to get more court time in preparation for conference play.
“Our girls played tough today,” said Lubicz-Majewski. “We knew that UNLV was good and that this was going to be a tough match. Our girls still have not peaked this season and we have some work to do before Big 12 play.”
OSU will be back in action when they face off against Oral Roberts in
