Cowgirl Softball Upsets No. 15 Washington, 3-2

Another Cowgirl freshman, Sarah Odom, scattered 10 Husky hits and allowed just two runs, including a solo home run by UW's Greer.
Boyd hit the home run, her second of the season, with freshman Alysia Hamilton on base. Four innings later, senior Kim Kaye added an insurance run with a solo homer of her own.
Odom improved to 3-0 on the season. UW's Macon dropped to 1-2.
Oklahoma State defeated Virginia 10-9 in 10 innings in the afternoon contest. The Cowgirls will also conclude their game against Western Kentucky, which began Friday night but was postponed due to rain. OSU was up 2-0 in that contest.
