Race Times:Â Â Â Women's 6,000 meter race begins at 11:00 a.m. Â Call to start will occur at 10:45 am.
Men's 10, 000 meter race begins at 11:45 a.m. Â Call to start will occur at approximately 11:30 am.

Course Description: The start is wide enough to accommodate 32 teams and begins up a 300-meter hill. The first gradual turn is 450 meters from the start. The course is 98% grass and is a minimum of 15 feet wide the entire route. There are seven hills on the course. Six of the seven hills are between 50 and 80 meters with the remaining hill mentioned above. The finish is approximately a 200-meter flat straight away.
Course Open: The course will be available for inspection on Friday, November 14th, 2008.
Packet Pickup: Packets will be available for pickup Friday November 14th, 2008 at the coaches meeting. The coaches meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the North Side Upper Club Level of Boone Pickens Stadium. Directions to Boone Pickens Stadium and information on parking will be e-mailed to each school.

Directions to the OSU Cross Country Course
From I-35 (OKC)
Stillwater Exit is Highway 51 (#174)
Stillwater is approximately 16 miles east on Highway 51.
At the third light (3rd) you will be making a left hand turn (north) onto Western. The stop light is just past the Holiday Inn, Braum's, and a gas station.
Once you have made that left hand turn you will be on Western. Western will make a big sweeping curve and when it straightens out you will be on Hall of Fame.
At the first stop light, make a left hand turn (north) onto Willis. Go to the stop sign and turn right (east) onto McElroy. About four blocks will be Garfield; turn left (north) onto Garfield. Traffic will travel only one way.Â
Follow Garfield to the parking lot. This lot is right by the course. There will be parking staff to guide you.
If you are in a vehicle bigger than a 15 passenger van on Saturday
As you are traveling east on McElroy you will see a cross street named MacDonald (before Garfield); turn left (north) onto MacDonald. Traffic will travel both ways. The will be a grass lot that the parking staff will direct you to.
From Cimarron Turnpike (Tulsa)
Stillwater Exit is #27
Take this turnpike spur into Stillwater. As you come into Stillwater you will be on
Washington Street. Washington Street becomes Boomer Drive which will become Main Street.
Stay on Main Street heading south to McElroy. At the stop light turn right (west) onto McElroy. McElroy will take you into the campus housing section.
Stay on McElroy until you see Garfield. Turn right (north) onto Garfield. Traffic will travel only one way.Â
Follow Garfield to the parking lot. This lot is right by the course. There will be parking staff to guide you.
Parking: Parking will be available at the course for team vans, buses and spectators. Signs and parking attendants will be available to provide specific directions on race day.
Dressing/Showers: There are no dressing shower facilities at the course.
Awards:Â No awards will be presented at the regional competition. There will be a post-event recognition ceremony following the conclusion of the men's 10,000 meter race.
Trainers: OSU trainers will be available at the meet site. In addition, there will be tent space available for outside training staffs.Â
Media: A media shuttle will be available to take members of the media from the media work room at Gallagher Iba Arena to the Cross Country Course.
Results: Official results will be available approximately 30 minutes after each race.
