2007 Outdoors (R-Junior Year): Captured two top-10 finishes at the Big 12 Championships, finishing fifth in the 10000 meter run with a time of 30:56.76 and ninth in the 5000 meter run with a time of 14:46.25.
2007 Indoors (Senior Year): Finished ninth in the mile run with a time of 4:20.64 at the Arkansas Invitational in his only competition during the 2007 indoor season.
2006 Cross Country (R-Junior Year): Bounced back from injury to finish 17th at the NCAA Pre-National meet with a time of 24:02 in the 8000 meter race ... Took seventh at the Midwest Regional Meet with a time of 30:57 in the 10000 meter race before contributing to the Cowboys' second straight top-10 finish at the NCAA Championships with a 32:38 that was good for a 73rd place finish at the meet.
2006 Outdoors (R-Sophomore Year): Finished with a personal best time of 28:51.81 (one second shy of the school record) in the 10000-meter run at the Stanford Invitational on his way to qualifying for the NCAA Championships where he placed 16th ... Ran 14:11.10 in the 5000 meter run for a third place finish at the Big 12 Championships.
2006 Indoors (Junior Year): Set a new personal record in the 3000-meter run with his time 8:05.68 at the Husky Invitational. He finished 6th place with a time of 14:16.02 in the 5000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships.
2005 Cross Country (R-Sophomore Year): Finished 17th at the Big 12 Championships with a time of 24:28, finished ninth at the Midwest Regional with a time of 31:13 and finished 53rd at the NCAA Championships with a time of 30:34.
2005 Outdoors (Redshirt Year): Redshirted.
2005 Indoors (Sophomore Year): Finished 11th in the mile with a time of 4:13.06 at the Razorback Invitational.
2004 Cross Country (R-Freshman Year): Finished 14th in the 8000 meter run at the Cowboy Jamboree with a time of 24:46 and 18th in the 10000 meter run at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 31:04.
2004 Outdoors (Freshman Year): Ran 14:44.65 in the 5000 meters at Mt. Sac Relays and placed 13th at the Big 12 Conference Meet in the 10000 meters with a time of 32:24.31.
2004 Indoors (Freshman Year): Finished sixth at the Tyson Invitational in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:26.05 and ran 4:16.06 in the mile at the Big 12 Championships.
2003 Cross Country (Redshirt Year): Redshirted.
