Soccer Announces Schedule Change for Bedlam

Oklahoma State head soccer coach Colin Carmichael announced today that the Bedlam soccer match scheduled for Friday, Nov. 2 has been moved to Thursday, Nov. 1 at 7 p.m.

The Cowgirls, who normally play on Fridays and Sundays, have two Big 12 games scheduled on Thursday night this fall. OSU will take on perennial Big 12 power Texas A&M on Thurs., Oct. 4.

The Bedlam game is set to be produced locally on television for the first time in the history of the series. OSU has owned the series with a 9-2-1 record, including two wins last season.

“We are going to produce any home Bedlam event that does not appear on regional or national television next season,” Host Communications general manager Joe Merideth said. “This gives our fans the opportunity to see the intense Bedlam Series in another dimension.”
