Scott Signs with New England Riptide

Scott had a record breaking season for the Cowgirls in her senior campaign as she swiped a Big 12 record 51 bases. She also set career records at OSU in at bats, runs scored and walks.
The Enid, Okla. native was named first team All-Big 12 by the conference coaches, and she earned first team All-Midwest Region honors as well. Scott is the first Cowgirl to sign to play professionally since Ryan Realmuto in 2004.
The NPF is a six team league headquartered in Denver, Colo. The Riptide play their home games at Martin Field in Andover, Mass., and they open the season today at the Washington Glory.
