Courtney Totte went a combined 5-for-8 with seven RBIs. She has now hit safely in 11 straight games and has an RBI in five straight games.
Courtney Totte brought home the go-ahead runs with a three-run double that fell just inside the left field foul line. She finished the game going 3-for-4 with six RBIs and three runs scored. Her six ribbies tied the single game record held by three different players.
Shanel Scott reached base all five times she came to the plate and came around to score each time. She stole three bases to set the single season record. She added a steal in the second game to set the record at 31 steals.
Cassie Heller, who took the loss in the first game after allowing eight run in 1.1 innings, was the winning pitcher after she held the Cowgirl scoreless over the final four innings. Anna Whiddon, the winning pitcher in game one, suffered the loss after falling behind
