OSU Career: Collins is a hardworking junior who adds experience and depth to the Cowgirl lineup. She is coming off a solid fall performance.
2006 Fall Season: Finished with a 5-2 record ... won five-straight matches to start the fall ... won her flight at the Aggie Invitational, going 3-0 ... advanced through qualifying at the Central Region Championships ... went a combined 3-2 in doubles action ... teamed with Anna Carson at the Aggie Invitational and the pair went 3-1 ... paired with Jennifer Poskitt and went one and out at the Central Region championship.
Sophomore Season: Compiled a 4-3 record and went 2-1 in Big 12 matches ... all her matches were played at No. 6 singles ... scored points for the Cowgirls in wins vs. Santa Barbara, Kansas State and Iowa State ... defeated Mackenzie White, 6-0, 5-7, 10-8, to score the Cowgirls' only singles victory against No. 38 New Mexico ... had a big victory over Mio Fukushima, 6-2, 6-2, to help Cowgirls advance in the first round of the Las Vegas Invitational ... completed Oklahoma State's shutout of Iowa State with a, 4-6, 6-4, 10-4, win over Eve Soriano.
2005 Fall Season: Recorded a 3-0 record during the fall season ... all three wins came at the UNLV Invitational ... teamed with Zana Masnic to go 0-1 in doubles play.
Freshman Season: Finished the season with seven wins, playing the No. 4 and No. 5 singles position ... picked up four wins in conference action ... posted a four-match winning streak in April ... teamed with Sandy Blajer at the No. 2 doubles position.
2004 Fall Season: Did not participate.
Before OSU: Top singles player at Herschel Girls School from 2001-2004 ... named the tennis team captain and received the Trophy for Good Sportsmanship and Effort in Tennis ... led her high school team to the Private Schools National Tennis Tournament title, competing at the No. 1 position ... ranked as the No. 6 individual and No. 1 doubles player in the Under-18 South African National Ranking ... was team captain and No. 1 player of the Western Province Under-18 Boys and Girls Team that claimed the South African Junior Interprovincial Tennis Tournament.
Personal: Born February 5, 1986 ... daughter of Garth and Bridget Collins ... has three siblings, Juliette, Chloe and Ramsay ... also played indoor and outdoor hockey in high school ... hobbies include playing other sports and hanging out with friends ... favorite movies are Italian Job and Shrek ... favorite professional athlete is Andre Agassi ... also enjoys watching The OC and Friends on television.
