PROHIBITED ITEMS
No tobacco products permitted inside the stadium fences.
No umbrellas are allowed in stadium (Except for Suite holders).
No alcoholic beverages are allowed in stadium.
No soliciting allowed in stadium.
No pets or animals of any kinds are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animal for impaired or disabled guests.
No car seats are allowed in the stadium.
No baby strollers are allowed in the stadium.
No artificial noisemakers, balloons, or beach balls are allowed in the stadium.
No explosives or firearms are allowed in the stadium.
No food, beverage or ice chests may be brought into the stadium.
Spirit banners, flags, or signs considered to be improper will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited.
No video or professional cameras are permitted in the stadium.
Allowable bags (8x11) brought into the stadium will be searched.
No backpacks are allowed in the stadium
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into Boone Pickens Stadium.
All persons are subject to search.
*Only those items required for medical and family needs will be permitted.
STADIUM POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
ADMISSIONS
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission into Boone Pickens Stadium. Ticket holders are restricted to seating in the location that appears on their ticket and agree to abide by facility and University policies, as well as State and Federal laws. OSU reserves the right to revoke tickets by refund of purchase. All persons entering the stadium are subject to search.
ANIMALS
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the stadium with the exception of service animals for impaired or disabled guests.
ANNOUNCEMENTS OR MESSAGES
No announcements or messages will be made on the day of the game unless it is an emergency message. See "Emergency Message Section".
ATHLETIC CENTER/HERITAGE HALL
The Athletics Center is open two hours prior to game time. Heritage Hall is available for viewing while the Athletics Center is open to the general public. The building is closed at kick-off.
ATM MACHINES
There are no ATM Machines presently located in Boone Pickens Stadium. The closest ATM machines are located at Duck and Hall of Fame, the corner of Knoblock and Elm, and in the Student Union.
BAG SEARCH POLICY
Appropriate sized bags and other permitted items will be checked prior to entering the stadium. Bags are limited in size so they can fit under the seat. Bags larger than 8" x 11" are not allowed in the stadium. Please see the "Stadium Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the stadium.
BANNERS, FLAGS OR SIGNS (SPIRIT)
Any spirit banner, sign, or flag considered to be improper (offensive, political, etc.) will be removed and confiscated by game management. The use of poles to hang spirit banners, signs, or flags is prohibited.
BROADCAST
Cowboys Radio Network
Every game of the 2006 Cowboy Football season can be heard throughout the state of Oklahoma on the Cowboy Radio Network. OSU Football will cover the state when 30 stations join the Network, from Altus to Bartlesville, from Guymon to Idabel.
A list of stations includes: KGYN-AM (1210 AM), a 10,000-watt station in Guymon; KVRW-FM (107.3 FM), a 100,000-watt station in Lawton; KXXY-FM (96.1 FM), a 100,000-watt station in Oklahoma City; and KTBZ-AM (1430 AM), a 25,000-watt station in Tulsa.
Dave Hunziker enters his sixth season as the play-by-play voice of the Cowboys, while John Holcomb, sports director at CBS affiliate KOTV in Tulsa, will provide expert analysis for his second season. Robert Allen will provide sideline reports for the fifth year and co-host the postgame call-in show.
Cowboy Sports Talk, a call-in show with Coach Mike Gundy, is hosted by Dave Hunziker and airs every Tuesday night throughout the season at 7 p.m. The Show can be heard throughout the Cowboy Radio Network. Check out the athletics department website at www.okstate.com for a complete list of stations.
Game Broadcasts
Network broadcasts for all Cowboy Football games will begin 90 minutes prior to kickoff. The pre-game show includes interviews with Coach Gundy, Cowboy assistant coaches as well as players. Post-game runs for one hour following the game and includes interviews from the locker room with players and coaches. Games are also broadcast on SIRIUS satellite radio.
CAMERA POLICY
Point-and shoot cameras are permitted inside the stadium. Cameras with removable lens are permitted as long as they are not "professional camera equipment" or the removable lens does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. Video cameras are prohibited.
CHECKING OF ITEMS
Oklahoma State University does not provide a check item service at the gates or near the stadium for items not allowed in Boone Pickens Stadium or Gallagher Iba Arena. OSU will not be responsible for any item left at the gate. It is recommended that individuals return items not allowed in the stadium to their vehicle. Please see the "Stadium Policies" section for items that are not permitted in the stadium.
CLUB LEVEL TOURS
OSU fans are invited to tour the Express Personnel Club at Boone Pickens Stadium. Starting in 2006, the North Club Level will open for fans to experience the same level of pride, upscale comfort and entertainment as the South Club. CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are ready to serve hungry fans as they enter the gates, and now with the completion of the North side, concession stand around Boone Pickens Stadium offer an array of choices: hot dogs, chili dogs, footlongs, grillaroni, brats, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, turkey legs, Chick-fil-A sandwiches, barbecue, pizza, chili pie, French fries, pretzels, popcorn, cotton candy, a variety of candies and souvenir soft drink cups. In addition, portable operations around the stadium offer items such as Dip-n-Dots ice cream, Shake's frozen custard, bottled soda and water, and frozen lemonade
DAY CARE
The Stillwater YMCA offers day care during home football games for children ages 3 and older. Open one hour prior to kickoff until one hour after the game, the YMCA offers many activities for your child, including a snack. There is a fee involved with this service. Contact the YMCA front desk at 405/372-5833 for information on their "Football Program".
ELEVATORS
The elevators that go to the upper concourse, club and suite level are for individuals who have the proper game ticket or proper game credential. Elevators in each of the stair towers will be assigned to do certain functions. Disabled individuals who do not have game tickets to the club and suite level may have access to the elevators to reach the Mezzanine level.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL PROCEDURES
Medical and safety personnel are assigned to the stadium that will provide emergency medical assistance. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher, OSU Police, or OSU Safety personnel. It is extremely important that the exact location of the medical emergency is given so medical personnel know exactly where the emergency is located. OSU Safety will make arrangements to have ambulances to transport individual(s) to the hospital.
EMERGENCY MESSAGES
No message will be made over the public address system unless an emergency is present. Individuals not in attendance of the game can make these requests by contacting the OSUPD at (405/744-6523). Requests for emergency messages need to be presented to an OSU Police Officer, OSU Safety Officer, or Express Personnel Staff.
ESCALATORS
The escalators are located in the middle of the north and south stadium. They are open to the general public to reach the Mezzanine level. The escalators may only be used by individuals with the proper game ticket or game credential to access any levels higher than the Mezzanine level.
EXPRESS LANES
Fans may enter through express lanes locate at gates S3, S4, S9, S10, N9, and N10. These gates will have signage above them for identification. Express lanes allow quick entrance into the stadium for fans that do not have items that need to be checked. Any fan that is bringing in allowable items (purses, bags, diaper bags, fanny packs, camera cases, blankets, etc.) will have to use one of the gates where their item can be checked.
FAN ASSISTANCE BOOTH
The Fan Assistance Booth is located in the middle of the south stadium and in the middle of the north stadium (ground level). These booths will be open two (2) hours prior to kick-off through the end of the game. Fans may go to these booths for information and assistance.
GAME DAY EXPERIENCE
OSU is looking to expand the game experience for students and fans through an unprecedented array of activities to be enjoyed prior to the game. Beginning three hours prior to kickoff, the OKState Corral will be open on the north side of Boone Pickens Stadium. This family friendly zone will host: Live Go Vision Screen, Inflatable Games, Carnival Style Food, Autograph Tent, OSU Authentic Merchandise, and Live Band. The south side of Boone Pickens Stadium will feature "Made in Oklahoma" vendors from across the state who will be selling the latest and best OSU hand made merchandise.
OSU is also introducing a new game day personality to be the "Voice of the Fan". Our new Game day personality is Philip Morrison. He will be leading the OSU fans in a better game experience through live interviews, promotions, and chants.
GATES OPEN
Stadium gates are open two hours prior to kickoff for students, general public, suite and club holders.
LOST AND FOUND PROCEDURES
All items that have been turned over to stadium personnel, police, or safety will be taken to one of the Plaza level (ground level) first aid rooms on either the North or South sides of the stadium. Items not picked up by the end of the game will be turned over to the OSU Police Department. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the OSU Police Department at 405/44-6527 during working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday).
LOST CHILDREN
Parents/guardians with a lost child should contact an event staff person, police or safety officer to notify them their child is missing. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or safety officer or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location.
PAGING
The public address system is used for game related information and emergency announcements only. In the event of an emergency in which guests attending the game must be located, contact your supervisor or a member of the Event Management team and they will forward the information to the press box announcement. In any event, stay with the child and keep them calm until they find their family.
PERSONAL VALUABLES
Oklahoma State University is not responsible for any money or valuable carried into the stadium. Please leave valuable at home, and carry only enough money to cover your daily expenses. Report any theft immediately to the OSU Police Department at 744-6523.
PRESS BOX-WORKING AREAS, SUITES AND CLUB SEATS
Individuals wanting to gain access to the press box must have the proper credentials/game tickets to gain access to this area. The suites and club seats holders gain access to these areas by game tickets. Press box credentials will limit holders to certain areas of the press box. Security is located in the press box checking for proper credentials. Seat holders will enter the stadium through the stair towers. Club seat holders can enter the stadium either through gate #1 or gate #12 on the north and south side and can use the elevators on the east or west end of the stadium. Club seat holders can also access the club seat area by using the escalators.
REENTRY
Re-admittance to the stadium is possible only by obtaining a "pass out" check or hand stamp from the gate attendant prior to leaving the stadium. The patron is advised that admission may be regained by presenting a game ticket stub and a valid "pass out" check or hand stamp. Each game has a different color "pass out" or ink designated. Reentry will be limited to specific gates. It will be required that all bags will be checked upon reentry.

THROWING OF ITEMS
Throwing of any items if prohibited, and may result in eviction and/or prosecution. If you observe an individual throwing any items, immediately alert your supervisor or a police officer who will handle the situation. You must be able to identify a specific person not just a direction from which an item was thrown.
