Debbie McCarthy came to OSU in 2005 as the Unit Assistant in facilities. Prior to her days at OSU, Debbie has worked for Bud's Service Station/Cowboy Towing, Home Daycare, Stillwater National Bank and Nina's.

Debbie received her Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising from Oklahoma State University.

The Stillwater native has been married to her husband Troy for 29 years and the couple has two children, Todd (26) and Tara (23). She attended Stillwater High School.
