Tracy Baldwin has worked in the OSU Strength and Conditioning Center for the last six years. Prior to his current role at OSU, he was a graduate assistant strength & conditioning coach at OSU, a coaches assistant/student strength coach at Fort Hays State University and a student intern at Kansas State University.

Tracy received his Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. The Great Bend, Kansa native is 33 and married to his wife Heather. The two have one child, Erika, who is four.
