Cowgirls Named to Big 12 Tennis 10th Anniversary Team

The team consists of six individuals and three doubles teams that were voted on by the league's coaches. To be eligible, contestants must have been named to the All-Big 12 first team at least once in their careers.
Faltynkova and Kolodynska were named All-Big 12 first team three times in their careers (2001, Â02, Â03). The tandem also won two Big 12 Championships while playing together. They won at No. 1 doubles in 2002 and No. 2 doubles in 2001.
The duo were also two-time finalists at the ITA All-American Tournament (2001, Â02) and were ranked as high as second nationally in their career.
Faltynkova, a Uhresky Brod, Czech Republic native, was also a two-time All-Big 12 selection (2002, Â03) individually. She won two Big 12 titles at No. 2 singles and No. 3 singles.
Kolodynska, a Minsk, Belarus native, was a 2004 All-Big 12 selection. She also was named Academic All-American (2002, Â03) twice in her career at Oklahoma State.
