Hoppock Pitches Cowgirls Past Hawaii, 5-0

Jessica Hoppock (7-7) threw her second complete game shutout of the weekend as she allowed just two hits to lead Oklahoma State to a, 5-0, victory over Hawaii late Friday night.

OSU (13-12) scored on an RBI single by Shanel Scott in the third inning and it would all the Cowgirls would need as Hoppock shut down the Rainbow offense. Scott went 3-for-4 in the contest.

The Cowgirls added a run in the sixth and Kim Kaye put it out of reach with a three-run home run in the seventh. Kaye went 2-for-4 with the home run.

OSU will be in action today against 16^th-ranked Northwestern at 2 p.m. (CST).
