Why does the POSSE need my e-mail address?
The POSSE has an increasing need to contact members quickly. E-mail is another means of sending information to members especially on time sensitive issues.
The POSSE respects your privacy as a member and will not share this information with any other individual, private groups or organizations.
Will my 2005-06 Men's Basketball donor seating payment count toward the
2006 POSSE Year if it was made after June 30th?
Yes  as long as payment-in-full is received by the Sept. 1 deadline. (This onetime extension was made considering the timing of the donation increase.) Next year's donor seating payment(s) will be due in-full by June 30 in order to qualify for parking and benefits.
Can I renew my tickets and POSSE donation at the same time?
You may renew your tickets and pay your POSSE donation at the same time by calling the Athletics Ticket Office (877-ALL-4-OSU). A representative can assist you in both processes with one phone call. You can also renew your tickets and POSSE donations online at okstate.com, but you must make two separate secure payments  one for tickets (Ticket Office link) and one for the required donation (POSSE link). Please refer to your POSSE renewal statement for amount.
How can I improve my seating for football or men's basketball?
Boone Pickens Stadium: To improve football seat location, please note your desired change on the season ticket renewal form in as much detail as possible.
Since seat improvements are considered on a Priority Point basis, your chances are enhanced by a higher Priority Point ranking. Note: gifts made to Varsity
Athletics and the Next Level Campaign earn 3 points per $100. Though making a donation to OSU Athletics prior to the May 1 donor seating deadline will help, it does not guarantee seating improvement. Seat improvements are made as availability allows. Gallagher-Iba Arena: Because of high demand and limited seating availability for men's basketball, donors must qualify for seat upgrades by meeting the minimum point requirements for the section being requested. Donors who request and qualify for seat upgrades are ranked by Priority Points. Improvements are made as availability allows.
Is there a payment plan for season tickets?
Arrangements can be made to submit multiple payments for individuals who find it difficult to make one lump sum payment for season tickets. Full payment must be received before the May 1 season ticket deadline.
Is there a payment plan for donations and/or donor seating?
A number of convenient payment plans are available for donors. Your scheduled donation may be paid out automatically via credit card or bank draft, or payment terms may be arranged through the POSSE office. Full payment must be received prior to deadline in order to qualify for donor seating. Please note that Priority
Points are calculated based on payment received.
How does the POSSE determine gameday parking?
Several factors dictate the location of POSSE parking. One factor is the availability of lots for rent from OSU Parking and Transit. The POSSE rents each space from the university on a game-by-game basis. Once the number of spaces is known, the POSSE tabulates the number of donors within each donor level and assigns each parking lot accordingly from the top down, beginning with the lots closest to the stadium and working outward. Parking lots are maximized to use every space and ensure that qualifying donors have ample parking alternatives on gameday. Another factor affecting POSSE parking is the ongoing stadium renovation. The POSSE works with university and construction officials to secure the maximum amount of parking possible on game-day, as construction permits.
How do I change address/contact info that the Ticket Office has on record?
Please note any changes on order and request forms returned to the Ticket Office. You may call, mail, fax or e-mail changes to the Ticket Office.
