Cowgirls remain unbeaten; prepare for final week

After winning their second consecutive fall tournament, the Oklahoma State Cowgirls are entering their final week of fall action.

OSU won all three of its games in the Oklahoma Shootout at Oklahoma City on Saturday, by defeating the University of Central Oklahoma, 2-1, Northern Oklahoma College, 2-0, and Eastern Oklahoma, 3-2. The Cowgirls are now 8-0 in the fall.

On Tuesday, the Cowgirls will resume play at Cowgirl Stadium when they host NOC at 3 p.m., and on Wednesday, they will play Connors State at 3 p.m.

The team will conclude the fall season Saturday, by hosting the OSU Cowgirl Fall Invitational.

The Cowgirls will play Western Oklahoma State College at 9 a.m., Neosho Community College at 5 p.m. and then end the tournament at 7 p.m against Missouri State College.

Following the 9 a.m. game, the Cowgirls will have a meet and greet with fans. This is a chance for fans of the Cowgirls to meet the team and get autographs in anticipation for the upcoming spring season.
