Hoppock settled in after the first inning, holding the Longhorns hitless and allowing just three base runners, two on walks and one hit by pitch. The sophomore was tagged with the loss, falling to 13-10 overall. Osterman improved to 21-6 on the season, tying a season-high with 19 strikeouts against the Cowgirls.
