Equestrian Signs Blais to National Letter of Intent

Allyson Blais, a senior at Atlantic High School in Boynton Beach, Fla., has signed a National Letter of Intent with the Oklahoma State equestrian.

“We are very pleased to add Allyson to our roster next fall,” said assistant coach Suzanne Flaig. “Her success in both the Jumpers and the Equitation is excellent preparation for collegiate riding. We have every confidence in her abilities and look to her playing a key role for us next season.”

Blais, a highly decorated rider, qualified for the 2005 USEF Medal and Maclay finals. The future Cowgirl has also earned the bronze and silver medals in the USET Talent Search.

Blais competed in the AHSA Medal Finals in 2002, 2003 and won in 2004. She also won the NAL Children's Jumper Finals in 2004 and the Zone IV Children's Jumper Champion in 2001 and 2002.
