Student-Athletes Trick-Or-Treat for UNICEF
October 31, 2005 | General
The Oklahoma State University student-athletes will be hosting their annual “Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF” outing on Monday, October 31st in the north parking lot of the Athletics Center. This is one of many community service projects the student-athletes will be hosting this school year. Candy will be distributed to all trick-or-treaters from 6:30-8:00 pm, or until there is no more candy. Pistol Pete will also make an appearance at this event.
UNICEF, the United Nations Children's Fund, is an organization founded in 1946 to help children after World War II. UNICEF helps children living in poverty by promoting children's rights and providing food, health care and an education to the world's disadvantaged children.
Along with distributing candy to trick-or-treaters, some OSU student-athletes will be trick-or-treating around Stillwater to help raise money for UNICEF. If there are any questions, please call 405.744.8539.
