Cowgirls top Auburn

STILLWATER, Okla. Â Oklahoma State's equestrian team had a successful day as they defeated Auburn University in a head-to-head match, Saturday in Stillwater.
The Cowgirls tallied 1207.53 points as Auburn trailed with 1176.93. OSU led most of the day, earning more points in reining, horsemanship and equitation on the flat. Auburn led the way in the equitation over fences category by 7.8 points.
OSU rider, Brittany Snider, led the Cowgirls in equitation over fences with a score of 77.9 out of 100 points while Cowgirl Kristin Bottone earned a score of 80 in equitation on the flat.
Crissy Meeks also had an impressive day for the Cowgirls scoring 79.38 points in reining and 81 points in horsemanship.
The Cowgirls are back in action February 5 as they host a Hunt Seat competition in Stillwater, Okla. Â OSU Â
