Cowgirls to Compete in UNLV Spring Invitational

Oklahoma State's women's tennis team will compete in the third annual UNLV Women's Tennis Spring Invitational at the Fertitta Tennis Complex in Las Vegas, Nev. on Friday.

The No. 38 Cowgirls (2-0, 0-0) are one of five nationally ranked teams in the eight team field. OSU will square off against No. 63 Washington State (1-3, 0-1) at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Senior Katya Kolodynska will lead Oklahoma State in the three day tournament. Kolodynska has posted a perfect singles record on the year, including a straight set upset decision over Texas Arlington's Monika Peciulionyte.

Friday's match will mark the second all-time meeting between the Cowgirls and Lady Cougars. OSU was victorious in the two schools only other meeting.
