Softball Cancels Panhandle State Contest

Margaret Rebenar, head coach of Oklahoma State's softball team, announced that Tuesday's contest against Panhandle State has been cancelled due to cold weather and rain that is expected in the area.

Oklahoma State claimed the title at the North Texas Betlin Round-up last week, going 5-1 at the event. Four Cowgirls; Courtney Totte, Stephanie Nicholson, Shanel Scott and Lacy Darity, were named to the all-tournament team.

OSU (9-4) returns to action this weekend at the Wildcat Worth Invitational hosted by second-ranked Arizona. The Cowgirls will also face eighth-ranked Stanford, Boston and South Florida.
