Tony Allen leads Cowboys to 84-52 win over Islanders

Guard John Lucas scored the first five points of the game to lead a 9-0 offensive run for Oklahoma State (10-1).
Lucas, who finished the game with 16 points, also scored the first two points of the second half to spark an 8-0 Cowboy run.
Stephen Graham added 12 points for the Cowboys, who led 37-24 at the break.
Allen, who made both of his 3-point shots, scored 18 of his points in the second half. Daniel Bobik had a game-high 10 rebounds for OSU.
Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (7-6) was led by Travis Bailey with 14 points and Thomas Bailey with 12.
The Cowboys had a 14-point lead with 6:27 left in the first half and led by 34 around the two minute mark in the second half.
The Cowboys improved their non-conference home win streak to 35. The team starts Big 12 Conference play Saturday at Texas Tech.
