Cowgirls Continue Fall Tournament Play

Oklahoma State's women's tennis team will begin play at the UNLV Invitational in Las Vegas, Nev., at the Feritta Tennis Complex on Friday.

The Cowgirls are coming off of a strong showing at the Lady Razorback Invitational and will be looking to continue their recent success.

The open flight tournament will feature six teams in the top-100 and three ranked individuals.

Leading OSU will be the senior combo of Katia Kolodynska and Jana Karaskova. The tandem will be looking to improve on their runner-up finish last time out.

'We are looking to have another strong weekend,' said Head Coach Julius Lubicz-Majewski. 'We are going to use this tournament to continue to improve our play.'

The quarterfinals of singles play begins at 10 a.m. PDT and will be immediately followed by the doubles semifinals.
