Ben Sigle

Sigle is beginning his first year as a graduate assistant on the OSU coaching staff. He graduated from OSU in 2003 with a degree in marketing. During his time at OSU, Sigle competed in both cross country and track. In the 2001 cross country season, he was Oklahoma State's second-best finisher at the national meet, and finished 19th at the Big 12 Championships. He continued that success in the 2002 season by finishing fifth in the Spiked Shoe Invitational and 22nd in the Big 12 in his senior campaign. During the 2002 indoor track season, Sigle finished fifth in the Big 12 in the mile run. In outdoor track, he won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Kansas Relays and took second at the McDonnell Invitational. He was named Academic All-Big 12 first-team in 2001, 2002, and 2003. Sigle was born December 27, 1979. He has two brothers, Luke, who currently runs for the Cowboys, and Tim. Sigle is in his first year of graduate school pursuing a degree in exercise physiology.
