Gaylene Hargrove

Gaylene Heidlebaugh Hargrove began employment at Oklahoma State in 1991 and has worked in the Ticket Office since 1999. During her time on campus, she earned her master's degree in business administration, her bachelor's degree in accounting, and the distinction of Certified Public Accountant.

In the Ticket Office, you'll find Gaylene heading up the men's basketball ticketing operations, tracking and reporting ticket revenue, writing policies and procedures, performing system administration, and providing daily guidance and supervision for all aspects of administrative operations.

Gaylene grew up in the rural Oklahoma town of Buffalo. Her previous employers include Western State Psychiatric Center and William S. Key Correctional Center. She's married to David Hargrove and has two sons and one daughter. Her greatest pleasures in life include family fun, being an aunt, playing in the community band, and laughing with her bowling buddies.
