Twelve Cowboy Tracksters Honored By Big 12

Oklahoma State's men's track team had twelve members honored by the Big 12 as Academic All-Big 12.

The Big12 honored 265 men and women athletes with this award for their outstanding academic performance.

Mike Cliff, Kevin Connolly, Jon Cordes, Matt Hart, Ben Lake, Gregory Rouault, Ben Sigle, Derek Tate and Trey Vernon were all placed on the first team academic All-Big 12 list.

Those on the second team include, Cam Katchuk, Chris McWatters and Jason Woolhouse.

The Cowboys are competing in the Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships this week.
