Community Outreach Award

The Oklahoma State Athletics Department would like to extend its deepest appreciation to two outstanding student-athletes. These student-athletes participated in many community service activities and projects, which attributed to them being named the male and female community service award winners. They were also recognized by the Big 12 Conference for their hours spent donating their time in the community.
Jade Lindly, a softball junior and Terrence Robinson, a football senior, were honored at the 10th annual academics banquet for their generosity and time spent participating in community outreach programs.
Lindly was active in many projects such as Relay for Life, Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF, Fundraisers for Special Olympics and being a speaker at Best of America to name a few. She also spent many hours volunteering at Early Headstart, a pre-school child development center. Along with making a huge impact on the softball field, she has made a huge impact in many peoples live off of the field.
