Harriers Finish Sixth in Chili Pepper Invitational

The 10th ranked Cowboys were paced by junior Rene Carlsen with a time of 30:05 and a 13th place finish in the race. Chuck Sloan followed him with a 30:09 mark and 15th place. Junior Nathaniel Lane finished 34th with a time of 30:57. Rounding out the lineup for the Cowboys were Brian Young, Erik Framme, Gitogo Churu, and Scott Gray.
The second ranked Arkansas Razorbacks won the race with a score of 32. Life University finished in second place with 55 team points. Arkansas Alumni and Washington State rounded out the top five teams in the invitational.
