Cross Country Travels to Missouri Southern

Oklahoma State's men's cross country team will travel to Joplin, Mo., Saturday to compete in the Sports World Missouri Southern Stampede.

This meet will be the first collegiate competition for two Cowboys, redshirt freshmen Evan Blackburn and Sean McCabe. The competition will be tough this week, as the Pokes will be competing against Arkansas and 13th ranked team in Division II, host Missouri Southern.

The last time out, the Cowboys won the Spiked Shoe Invitational in University Park, Pa., on September 7. Seven of the nine OSU runners finished in the top 15, with Jason Woolhouse collecting the individual victory over teammate and second place finisher Derek Tate.
