Cowboy Harriers To Compete in District V Championships
April 06, 2003 | Cowboy Cross Country & Track
Oklahoma State's men's cross country team will travel to Normal, Ill., this weekend to compete in the District V Championships.
The Cowboys look to qualify for the national meet for a tenth consecutive year, and to do so they will have to finish first or second, or hope for an at large bid.
Last year in Carbondale, Ill., the Pokes placed second to qualify for the national meet with Jason Woolhouse, Ben Lake, Derek Tate, and Ben Sigle each posting top-25 finishes.
If the Cowboys qualify for the national meet, they will travel to Terre Haute, Ind., on Nov. 25 to challenge for a national title.
