Cowgirls Host Western Show This Weekend

Oklahoma State's Cowgirl equestrian team will remain at home this weekend to host three western shows at the Animal Science Arena.

The first show will begin on Friday at 3 p.m. The second show will be Saturday at 8:30 a.m., and the show will conclude Sunday at 8:30 a.m.

"We are very excited to be at home, head coach Larry Sanchez said. "This is a very important weekend because it decides who will represent our region at nationals. We already have a large number of girls who have qualified for regionals already, and a number will have a chance to qualify this weekend We're looking for good performances from those girls who are close to qualifying."

This will be the last three western shows of the regular season.

The Animal Science Arena is located west of the intersection of Western and McElroy streets. Admission is free, and a concession stand will be provided.
