Cowgirl Equestrian travels South to Texas A&M

Oklahoma State's women's equestrian team will travel to Texas A&M this weekend to compete in two western shows.

"We are looking forward to going to Texas A&M this weekend," head coach Larry Sanchez said. "I feel like we are still riding really well right now. Hopefully we can move up in the point standings after this weekend."

The Cowgirls enter the weekend with 32 team points, seven behind leader West Texas A&M. Texas A&M brings its 38 points to the arena, while Kansas State is in fourth place with 31 team points.

The Cowgirls will travel to West Texas A&M on Nov. 17 for the first Hunt Seat show.
