Bluebonnet Bowl Reunion

The 1983 Bluebonnet Bowl Championship team celebrated their 20 year reunion on Saturday, October 4 at the OSU vs University of Louisianna Lafayette game. The 1983 team included such Cowboy greats as two-time All-Americans Leslie O'Neal and Mark Moore, along with single season All-Americans Larry Roach, Ernest Anderson and Rod Brown. Under the direction of head coach Jimmy Johnson, the Cowboys featured outstanding play from the special teams and defense combined with an explosive offense. The Pokes finished the season with an 8-4 record including a 24-14 bowl victory over Baylor. The OSU Athletic Department and the O-Club would like to thank the following individuals for attending their 20 year reunion.
