2002 SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE
The Oklahoma State University Baseball program is pleased to present a series of camps that are sure to meet your needs. We offer a variety of camps that run throughout the summer. The OSU coaching staff will run these camps. Former Cowboys who have played and coached in college and professional baseball complete our staff. The camps are filled with information, instruction, and demonstration. Each is designed to enhance the player's skills, knowledge, and game performance. Join the Oklahoma Sate coaching staff for an outstanding opportunity to improve your skills and learn the game of baseball.
Camp # 1: DAY CAMP
Date: Session 1 June 24-27 (9am-noon) |
Session 2 July 8-11 (9am-noon)
Ages: 12 & under
Cost: $100 per session / both sessions $150
Get the summer started on the right foot with the help of the OSU staff. Instruction will be divide into three 45-minute segments focusing on developing baseball basics at the right time. Get ready for the summer schedule without interfering with league play.
Camp #2: TOTAL SKILLS CAMP
Date: July 15-18 |

Housing: OSU campus (meals included)
This is one of our most popular camps. Instruction will cover all phases of the game with emphasis placed on the fundamentals of baseball including tips for an advanced level of play. Competitive games will be played. Additional instruction will be given in proper stretching techniques, arm care, and strength and conditioning.
Camp #3: COLLEGE PREP CAMP
Date: July 22-25
Ages: high school athletes
Cost: $400
Housing: OSU campus (meals included)
This is the second year for this camp structure that is designed to educate players wanting to pursue college baseball. Not only will you come in and show off your talent, but also instruction will be given including offense, defense, and team concepts. A portion of this camp will be dedicated to strength and conditioning. Also included in this camp is a lecture detailing academic requirements and NCAA guidelines for student athletes. The cost of the camp includes a hat, T-shirt, and a pair of Nike spikes. Join the OSU staff to answer any questions you may have concerning college baseball.
* CUSTOMIZED TEAM CAMP
Ages: All
Cost: $20/person
This is a unique camp in the fact that your team or organization can plan or design the format any way you would like. This camp is by appointment only. You may pick any day of the summer, day or night. We will reserve a four-hour block for your team or organization to come and learn in our facility. We need to be guaranteed a minimum of 10 players. Parents must read conditions and sign below.
- 1. A $100 deposit must accompany each application for an overnight camp. Balance is payable on or before entry date. PERSONAL CHECKS ARE ACCEPTED FOR BALANCE PAYMENTS. Student may bring balance to camp with him.
- 2. I hereby authorize the staff of Oklahoma State University Baseball Camps according to their best judgment, in any medical emergency and I hereby waive and release said persons from any and all liability from injuries or illness incurred in camp.
- 3. Signature of parents or guardian on this application waives and releases Oklahoma State University Baseball Camps from any and all liability from injury or illness incurred going to and coming from the camp, at the camp, or returning from the camp.
- 4. Signature on this application states that the student has received an athletic physical within one year of the scheduled camp date and that this doctor has cleared said student for athletic competition.
- 5. Signature on this application states that the student is covered by a primary health plan.
- 6. A representative of this institution's athletic interests has not paid for participants' tuition.
