Women's Netters Fall To Oklahoma

Oklahoma State's women's tennis team fell to Oklahoma, 4-3, on Wednesday, dropping them to 11-10 (5-5 Big 12) on the year.
The Cowgirls fell behind early as they dropped two of three doubles matches to lose the first team point.
The No. 11 ranked duo of junior Linda Faltynkova and Katia Kolodynska won their seventh straight match at No. 1 doubles. The duo defeated Bethany Griffin and Heather Saluri, 8-4.
Faltynkova won her eight straight singles match at No. 2 singles defeating Elena Jirnova, 6-2, 6-7, 10-4.
Junior Kate Vasylyeva defeated Annette Bryntesson, 6-3, 6-3, at No. 3 singles, improving her season record to 16-4.
Katia Kolodynska defeated Saluri in straight sets at No. 4 singles, 6-4,6-3.
The Cowgirls will return to action when travel to Lubbock, Texas to take on Texas Tech.
