Cowgirl Softballers Earn Academic Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State softball had four players named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association Scholar Athlete Academic All-American list for the 2000-2001 academic year.

Outgoing seniors Amanda Hayes, Sarah Knife Chief, Lezli Leathers and current senior Jenny Kipp received the accolades.

Players receiving the All-American honor are required to have a 3.5 grade point average for the spring and fall semesters.
