Cowboys Take Third at Jamboree

STILLWATER, Okla. - Oklahoma State's men's Cross Country team took third place at the 65th annual Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater today at the Oklahoma State Cross Country Complex.
The Cowboys took third place finishing behind third ranked Arkansas and Abilene Christian, last years champions. Fifteen schools competed in the Jamboree, including five Big 12 schools.
Sophomore Jason Woolhouse crossed the finish line first for the Cowboys. Woolhouse took seventh overall in the 8K race with a time of 24:22. Junior Ben Sigle came in next taking 22nd with a time of 25:04. Right behind Sigle was junior Ben Lake with a time of 25:08. Abilene Christian's John Kemboi was the winner with a time of 24:02.
The Cowboys are next headed to Fayetteville, Arkansas to run in the Chili Pepper on October 13th.
