Cowgirl Softball Schedules Doubleheader

Stillwater, Okla. - Due to several fall games being cancelled over the past two weeks, Oklahoma State's Cowgirl softball team has scheduled a doubleheader with Connors State, it was announced today. The games will be played on Thursday at Cowgirl Stadium starting at 3 p.m.

Oklahoma State is 4-0 this fall with sweeps of Northern Oklahoma College and Seminole State College. The Cowgirls' had tournaments scheduled in Oklahoma City and Houston, but both were cancelled. The Oklahoma Shootout was cancelled following the tragedy on Sept. 11, while the Houston Tournament was rained out.

OSU will also host the annual Cowgirl Mini-Classic this Saturday, Sept. 29, starting at 9 a.m. at Cowgirl Stadium. There will be six games scheduled throughout the day including four teams: Oklahoma State, Neosho County Junior College, Central Oklahoma and Carl Albert State College. OSU is scheduled to play at 9 a.m. vs. CASC, at 5 p.m. vs. Neosho County and 7 p.m. vs. UCO.
