Oklahoma State's 29th-ranked women's tennis team will host Arkansas-Little Rock on Wednesday at the DeBois Center at 2 p.m.
Coming off a victory over No. 33 TCU last Saturday, the Cowgirls are 6-3 on the season and 1-0 at home.
"We are preparing hard for this match," head coach Julius Lubicz-Majewski said. "We don't know them (Arkansas-Little Rock) as well as the other teams, so we need to take them very seriously."
Senior Maria Galoustova-Phillips will bring a No. 77 national ranking into the match. The Moscow, Russia native evened her record to 4-4 with a victory over Katrin Gaber of TCU last Saturday.
"The girls are tired from the weekend and so we are not as fresh as the other matches," Lubicz-Majewski said.
The Cowgirls' 27th-ranked doubles team of Galoustova-Phillips and Ashleigh Dolman already has two victories over ranked opponents this season and holds down the No. 1 spot.
Freshman Katarzyna Kolodynska and sophomore Linda Faltynkova will look to extend their five-match winning streak. The duo has won eight of its last nine doubles matches to stand at 8-1 on the season.
