Cowgirl Tennis Routs Southwest Missouri State

Oklahoma State's 27th-ranked women's tennis team swept all three doubles matches and four of the six singles matches en route to a 5-2 victory over Southwest Missouri State on Sunday at Oklahoma City.
With the win, the Cowgirls move to 9-3 on the year, while the Bears fall to 4-5 on the year.
"This weekend was good for us," head coach Julius Lubicz-Majewski said. "We put a good string of wins together before we go play a good Tulsa squad."
Sophomore Linda Faltynkova and freshman Katarzyna Kolodynska recorded their eighth consecutive victory downing Amy Newman and Marta Rubina 8-3, while junior Dominika Olszewska and freshman Kate Vasylyeva defeated Oyuki Cruz and Ala Alvarez 8-3.
"The girls are playing outstanding right now," Lubicz-Majewski said. "Hopefully, we will continue to play well into next week."
The Cowgirls 27th-ranked duo of senior Maria Galoustova-Phillips and junior Ashleigh Dolman eased by Cassandra Godfrey and Ia Zozrashvili 9-8(6) to move to 6-4 on the year.
The Cowgirls will travel to Tulsa on Wednesday to take on the 32nd-ranked Golden Hurricanes.
