Oklahoma State's 29th-ranked women's tennis team will open up the home portion of its schedule against No. 33 TCU on Saturday.
The Cowgirls come into the home opener with a 5-2 record after posting a 1-2 mark, including an upset over No. 21 Ohio State at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Madison, Wisc.
The Cowgirls are led by senior Maria Galoustova-Phillips at the No. 1 position. Galoustova-Phillips is 3-4 on the year, with two victories against ranked opponents. She enters the weekend ranked No. 77 in the country.
Junior Dominika Olszewska holds down the No. 2 spot, while sophomore Linda Faltynkova rounds the top half of the lineup at the No. 3 position. The bottom half of the lineup is lead by freshman Katarzyna Kolodynska at the No. 4 position, while freshman Kate Vasylyeva takes the No. 5 spot. Junior Ashleigh Dolman anchors the lineup at the No. 6 spot.
The Cowgirls No. 1 doubles team of Galoustova-Phillips and Dolman take a No. 27 ranking to the court. Kolodynska and Faltynkova hold the No. 2 position, while Vasylyeva and Olszewska fill the No. 3 position.
