Cowgirl Tennis loses to No.14 Volunteers 5-2

MADISON, Wisc. - Oklahoma State's women's tennis team fell to No.14 Tennessee 5-2 on Saturday in the consolation round,at the ITA National Indoor Championships.
With the loss, the Cowgirls drop to 4-2 on the year.
OSU's only two points came from a pair of Cowgirl newcomers, freshman Katarzyna Kolodynska and sophomore Kate Vasylyeva.
Kolodynska defeated Crystal Cleveland in straight sets, 6-1, 6-4, while Vasylyeva downed Brooke Cordell in straight sets, 7-5, 6-1 at the No. 4 position.
The victory by Kolodynska moves her record to 5-1 on the season. Vasylyeva improves to 3-1 on the year.
