Cowgirls blank Texas-Arlington 4-0

Oklahoma State's women's tennis team completed a two day stand in Arlington, Texas, by defeating Texas-Arlington on Saturday.
"I am very proud of the girls," head coach Julius Lubicz-Majewski said. "It was tough playing in the cold, but they played unbelievable."
The Cowgirls swept all three singles matches and the two doubles matches to blank the Mavericks 4-0. The Cowgirls won all three singles matches in straight sets.
OSU's No. 49th-ranked Dominika Olszewska, a junior from Pabianice, Poland, defeated Maria Stepanova 6-2, 6-0, while sophomore Linda Faltynkova defeated Priscilla Para 6-1, 6-2. Freshman Katarzyna Kolodynska improved her record to 9-3 with a victory over Gwen Behrendt, 6-2, 6-2.
Faltynkova and Kolodynska pounded Stepanova and Vetrovova 8-1, while Olszewska and Kate Vasylyeva defeated Ana Lukner and Gwendolyn Behrendt 8-3.
The Cowgirls will travel to Madison, Wis., to take on the nation's elite at the ITA National Team Indoor Championships on Feb. 15.
