Women's Tennis Duo Win in Consolation Final

Junior Linda Faltynkova and sophomore Katia Kolodynska took first place in the consolation bracket at the Omni Hotels Intercollegiate Indoor Championships in Dallas, Texas.

The duo defeated No. 28 ranked Natalya Cahana and Ana Radeljevic of Old Dominion in the consolation finals match 8-6.

The No. 2 seeded doubles team finished the championship with a record of 4-1.

The Cowgirls Women's Tennis team will return to team action in the spring. They will begin the team season Feb. 2 against Southwest Missouri State in Tulsa,Okla.
