Cowgirls Travel to Manhattan for two Western Shows

Oklahoma State's women's equestrian team will travel to Manhattan, Kan., this weekend for two Western shows, and will be one of six teams competing.

The Cowgirls are coming off a season where 27 team members qualified and competed in the Regional Championships. OSU also crowned four Regional Champions and four Reserve Regional Champions at the competition.

Fourteen Cowgirls progressed on to the Zone Championships, finishing with two Zone Champions, and two Reserve Zone Champions. The Cowgirls returned from Nationals with one National Champion and three riders finishing in the top 10.

The Cowgirls return to action on Nov. 10-11 at Texas A&M for two Western shows.
