Men's Cross Country Squad Receives Academic Honors

STILLWATER, Okla. -- The Oklahoma State men's cross country squad has been named a Division I All-Academic Team by the U.S. Cross Country Coaches Association .

Dick Weis' crew compiled a 3.29 grade point average and received special All-Academic honors for accumulating a GPA above a 3.25. The Cowboys' GPA placed them in a tenth-place tie with Yale University on the list of honored schools.

OSU was the lone Big 12 school to be honored for its work in the classroom.
