Fifteen Cowgirls qualified for the national show, and they will compete in 22 different events throughout the weekend.
"The girls look great," head coach Larry Sanchez said. "They've been practicing hard. If they can do in the show what they have been doing in practice, we should have a great weekend."
The individual classes will be held on Friday and Saturday, and the team competition will be completed on Sunday. Hunt Seat individual champions win the Miller's Cup, Western individual champions win the AQHA Trophy. Results will be posted on the IHSA web site, www.ihsa.com.
