Frank Bludau allowed no earned runs in 6.2 innings and Roy York hit his third homer of the weekend to lead Oklahoma State to a 5-3 win over Texas A&M Sunday afternoon at Reynolds Stadium.
The Cowboys swept the season series from the Aggies and won their fifth straight game to improve to 24-14 and 9-9 in the Big 12.
Bludau (4-4) threw six shutout innings which extended his home scoreless streak to 20.2 innings before the Aggies scored on him in the seventh.
Freshman Mike Miller picked up his first collegiate save, pitching 2.1 perfect innings and striking out two A&M batters.
Oklahoma State will close its seven-game home stand with a three-game series against Prairie View A&M staring Tuesday at 6 p.m. In addition the Cowboys have scheduled a doubleheader against the Panthers on Wednesday starting at 2:30 p.m. OSU will be back in conference play against Oklahoma in the Bedlam series beginning on Fri., Apr. 21, at 7:05 p.m. at Drillers Stadium in Tulsa.

Oklahoma State's women's golf team will travel to Lubbock, Texas this weekend to compete in the Big 12 Championships.
The Cowgirls have not competed since winning the team championship at the Utah/Dixie Classic on April 4.

Nebraska's Leigh Ann Walker held the Oklahoma State offense to just three hits, and the Nebraska bats led the way as the Huskers defeated the Cowgirls, 12-1, in Stillwater Sunday afternoon in Big 12 Conference softball action.
OSU senior Shelly Graham picked up two of OSU's hits. It was a groundout by Paula Garman, however, that pushed the Cowgirls' only run across the plate.
Oklahoma State scored its only run of the game in the fifth, when Nicci Quiroz, pinch running for Christina Shaddox, scored on a groundout by Garman. Shaddox had led off with a walk, and Quiroz went to third on a double by Ryan Realmuto.
Oklahoma State (32-16 overall, 7-6 in Big 12 play) will return to action on Wednesday, April 19, as the Cowgirls travel to Norman, Okla., to face the sixth-ranked Oklahoma Sooners. Game time is set for 6:30 p.m.

The 50th-ranked Oklahoma State men's tennis team zipped to its fifth consecutive victory on Sunday, defeating Nebraska 6-1 at the DuBois Tennis Center.
The Cowboys, 11-4 overall and 4-1 in Big 12 play, jumped on the Huskers early and took control of the match, sweeping all three of the contest's doubles matches.
The nationally-ranked doubles tandem of Matt Prentice and Eru Lyndon paced the Cowboys with their fourth consecutive win at the No. 1 position to improve to 12-3 on the year.
In singles action, the Pokes won five of six matches to close out the scoring. Prentice outlasted Jorge Abos Sanchez in three sets, 6-1, 4-6, 7-6, to rise to 11-4 at the No. 1 position.
Fran Krepelka continued his dominance at the No. 4 slot, winning 6-2, 6-1. With the win, the sophomore moved to 14-1 on the season and has won four of his last five matches in straight sets. OSU also picked up straight-set decisions from Chris Bates, Jeremy Ewert and Jiri Jezek.
The Cowboys will return to action on Wednesday when they travel to College Station to take on Texas A&M.
Women's Tennis (15-4, 7-3)

The 46th-ranked Oklahoma State women's tennis team garnered its sixth consecutive conference win on Sunday, shutting out Iowa State 9-0 at the DuBois Tennis Center.
The Cowgirls, 15-4 overall and 7-3 in the Big 12, won four of six singles contests in straight sets. Dominika Olszewska collected her sixth win in seven outings to improve to 12-7 on the season.
Freshman Linda Faltynkova also won in straight sets to improve her mark to 17-2 on the year.
The No. 1 doubles team of Ashleigh Dolman and Maria Galoustova continued its recent tear, cruising to an 8-2 decision. The win improved the duo's record to 14-7 and extended their winning streak to eight matches.
The Cowgirls will close out the regular season when they host Colorado on April 21.
Men's Outdoor Track and Field

K.T. Woodman Classic
Two members of Oklahoma State's men's track team won three events at the K.T. Woodman Classic in Wichita, Kansas Saturday.
Chuck Sloan won the 1,500-meter run, while Junior Vasquez finished first in both the 3,000m run and the 3,000m steeplechase at the recently refurbished Cessna Stadium.
The Cowboys captured the top three spots in the 1,500m run as Derek Tate and Ben Tickner finished second and third, respectively, behind Sloan's 3:51.44. Tate completed the race with a time of 3:58.68, while Ticker finished in 4:00.66. OSU also took the top two finishes in the steeplechase. After Vasquez's 9:24.07, Ben Sigle finished second with a time of 9:32.20.
Also, Jerry Rainey finished fifth in 9:45.67, and Trey Vernon was sixth with a time of 9:46.02. Vasquez also took the crown in the 3,000m run with a time of 8:38.00. Vernon placed sixth in the race in 9:00.70.
In the 800m, Cam Katchuk placed fourth with a time of 1:54.44, while Ben Lake was eighth in 1:56.35. OSU's 4x400m relay team took seventh in 3:31.22.
The Cowboys will next head to the Bank of Fayetteville Invitational on Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark.
Women's Outdoor Track and Field

John Jacobs Invitational and Mt. SAC Relays
Hanna Smedstad, a junior member of the Oklahoma State women's track and field team, had a busy weekend.
Smedstad traveled to California on Friday afternoon to compete in the 5,000m race at the 42nd annual Mt. SAC Relays, sponsored by San Antonio College. Smedstad finished 33nd in the race, finishing with a time of 16:27.19.
The next day, she boarded a plane and headed back to Oklahoma to join the rest of her teammates at the University of Oklahoma's John Jacobs Invitational.
Smedstad only competed in one event at the John Jacobs Invitational - the 1,500m race. She claimed a 17th-place finish in the race with her 5:04.78 time. Junior Sara Wells was a few steps ahead of Smedstad, finishing the 1,500m in 4:54.45, allowing her to capture the 8th-place finish. Wells also competed in the 800m run, finishing in 24th-place with her 2:28.35 time.
The Cowgirls dominated the long jump event at the John Jacobs Invitational. Junior Melinda Jackson finished first with her 19'04.25 jump. Freshman Charya Hubbard's 18'09.75 jump was good enough for a third-place finish. This jump was Hubbard's best for the outdoor season. She captured an 18'06.00 mark at the College Station Relays in March.
The Cowgirls' next scheduled appearance will be at the April 28 Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa.
