To commemorate the end of an era, the Oklahoma State University Athletic Department is selling limited edition T-shirts honoring its legendary athletic facility. The March 4 men's basketball game between the Oklahoma Sooners and OSU Cowboys will be the final event in Gallagher-Iba Arena before it is expanded to more than 13,000 seats for next season.
The front and back design is orange, black and white on an oxford gray short-sleeve shirt. The front features the arena name in block letters with the date of the Bedlam game and year the facility first opened. The bold back design shows the unmistakable exterior of Gallagher-Iba Arena with the slogan "The End is Only the Beginning."
The shirts, sizes M-XXXL, are available for $15 at the OSU POSSE office (1224 N. Boomer Road in Stillwater), and will also be on sale during the Cowboys final two home games.
